Today I experienced my first HydroFacial treatment at Richmond Anti-Aging Clinic. Kyra was was nice and helpful in my first consultation, which was free. She gave me great guidance on skin care routine, analyzed my skin and suggested me treatments. They have many treatment options and I did what was the most recommended for my skin concern. The treatment was not painful and my skin feels glowing and clean! I am excited for my upcoming second treatment. Also, the pricing are within the price range for treatments in Canada and also they have promotions once in a while.

I have had many amazing treatments to Richmonf anti aging clinic. There are many clinics that are closer to home but the top three reasons for me to keep coming back to this center are:
1) The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, especially Kyra who has been handling my treatments. She makes sure that every step of the process was explained thoroughly.
2) I greatly appreciated the fact that there was absolutely no pressure sales tactics involved - they genuinely focused on what was best for me and my skin.
3) The friendly, relaxing atmosphere made the experience even better, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments. Highly recommended!

I did chemical, hydra peel and micro needling with Kyra in the recent months. I really like the results! She was professional and knowledgeable. She customized a skincare plan for me, it targets my skincare concerns very well. Also, the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Although she holds a degree in Business Finance from SFU, Kyra found her true calling in the realm of cosmetics and skincare. Driven by this passion, she underwent professional training at Blanche MacDonald to qualify as a medical technician. Leveraging her five years of customer service experience, Kyra has rapidly emerged as a standout talent within our clinic.

However, her passion for beauty and skincare redirected her career trajectory towards the dynamic field of aesthetics. Over the course of three years, she has accumulated valuable experience and honed her craft within the industry.

“Since we cannot change reality, let us change the eyes which see reality.” A firm believer in transforming perspectives, Amanda is committed to uncovering the innate beauty inherent in each individual’s appearance, accentuating their unique traits with every treatment she administers.  Her dedication to enhancing clients’ aesthetic journeys is frequently praised for its exceptional quality.

For Alex, the road to finding his passion has truly been an adventure. While struggling to find his path after graduating from high school, he tried his hand at many endeavors, excelling in each but never finding his true calling. It wasn’t all for naught, because Alex can make you the best bubble tea/bubble waffle ever while giving you an in-depth tarot card reading, and of course, great skincare advice.

His journey with skincare began at Sephora, where he worked as a Skincare Consultant. It was there that he discovered his passion for skin, which led him to become an expert in numerous skincare brands. Where he puts him already vast knowledge of skincare to use every single day. After graduating from Blanche Macdonald school of Advanced skincare and Medi Spa. He started his career as a technician at a world-renowned clinic in Vancouver as his first job in the professional medical aesthetics industry. Alex is your guy!

Mia
Certified Technician

Mia is a certified medical aesthetician as well as laser technician. Being able to speak four different languages fluently Korean, Mandarin, English & Japanese. She is also certified in First Aid & CPR, WHIMIS as well as Food Safety. It is safe to say Mia always puts comfortability and safety first with her clients. With a strong background in the pharmaceutical field, Mia has expanded knowledge with clinical experience in the cosmetic industry in Korea since 2013.

Having a passion for skin care and beauty while being extremely artistic, Mia found her dream job at SkinArt MD. She is committed to chatting with clients to achieve their desired complexion. Then recommending a customized treatment plan that will leave your skin with a beautiful glow and new radiance!

In her spare time Mia loves to watch sports! Hockey being her favorite. She is also very artistic and enjoys 3D modeling and painting.

Betty
Certified Technician

With a substantial amount of experience in skin care Betty is one of our senior Medical Aestheticians. From graduating Aesthetics School in 1999. Then onto a 4 year span working at a well known spa. She then began her journey in MakeUp Artistry by graduating from Blanche MacDonald’s Freelance Makeup Artistry program in 2010. Betty worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist but found her true passion in skin care. Now with a background working in Medical Spas for 12 years and previously came from ProjectSkin MD.

Betty is a skin specialist inside and out, she loves to guide each patient in helping achieve their desired skin results. Ensuring to take time with each patient and get to know their routine to help aid in skin care advice. Betty is a firm believer in achieving beautiful skin by a healthy balance of diet, lifestyle followed by the right products and medical treatments. The most rewarding feeling for Betty is seeing the confidence boost in her clients from results in the treatments.

Being able to speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Betty can guide her patients to help their skin care journey followed by the beautiful radiant results they desired.

Jasmine
Doctor's Assistant

Jasmine, an experienced technician and a valued member of our team, embarked on her MMC Wellness Group journey after graduating from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in Life Science during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Driven by a genuine desire to serve her community, Jasmine initially joined our PCR testing team, where her contributions earned praise from fellow team members and the appreciative customers who visited the clinic.

With a thirst for knowledge and a passion for aesthetics, Jasmine transitioned to RAAC, seamlessly embracing a new career direction. Guided by the principle of “treating people the way you want to be treated,” she infuses this ethos into every interaction within our clinic, resonating with both colleagues and clients who appreciate her unwavering commitment to exceptional service.

Outside her professional pursuits, Jasmine finds joy in paddle boarding during the summer and hitting the slopes for skiing during winter. Her enthusiasm for skiing extends beyond personal enjoyment, as she has successfully introduced more than four friends and colleagues to the world of snow sports, even coaching a friend to achieve the CASI Level 1 instructor certification. When not exploring the great outdoors, Jasmine cherishes quality time with her one-year-old feline companion, “16”.

Emma, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at RAAC, is a trilingual professional fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.With an impressive six-year tenure in the skincare industry, and as an experienced Technician and Doctor’s Assistant, her career is decorated with honors such as “Employee of the Year 2020” and the “Award of Excellence 2021.”

Before joining RAAC, Emma sharpened her skills with two years in the hospitality sector as a manager’s assistant, developing a keen sense for organization and client service. Her passion for the beauty industry urged her to enter the realm of aesthetics, and she’s been doing an excellent job in conveying beauty and assisting clients in finding greater confidence and satisfaction.

Her obsession with medical cosmetic treatments soon led her to transition into the aesthetic field, where she has been a consultant for two years.

With a background in Hotel Management,  Stephanie gained vast experience in elite five-star hotels. She also  ran a successful restaurant for a decade, which further shaped her exceptional service standards and problem-solving skills. 

Driven by her high standards and her desire to uplift others, Stephanie’s positivity radiates in her professional interactions, clients often praise her for the exceptional service delivered, and team members regard her as the go-to person for handling our clinic’s daily operations. 

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys cooking and collecting cookware, she also loves boxing and golf, an unexpected twist to her dynamic personality that always surprises people.

Jerry is a versatile medical professional fluent in English and Mandarin, with a varied background in healthcare roles. With studies of Psychology at Langara College, and additional training as a Medical Lab Assistant at Vancouver Community College, Jerry’s background makes him a vital contributor to our clinic’s outstanding healthcare offerings.

Jerry’s career began as a Medical Office Assistant at Midtown Medical Clinic (MMC). His teamwork and dedication led him to his current position as a Physician Assistant. In this role, he performs laboratory duties with utmost accuracy and efficiency, balancing technical expertise with compassionate patient care.

His commitment to healthcare doesn’t stop at his paid positions. Jerry also volunteered as a Pharmacist Assistant at Shoppers Drug Mart from October 2018 to May 2019, demonstrating a genuine concern for the well-being of the local community.

Currently, Jerry is preparing to apply for a Licensed Practical Nurse course. In his pursuit of excellence, he ensures physical fitness by working out daily, maintaining readiness to care for those in need.
