• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• Package payments are non-refundable but may be transferable with approval.

5. Medical Consent

Before receiving treatments, you will be required to complete medical consent forms and disclose relevant health information. Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment safety and efficacy.

6. Risks & Complications

7. Refund Policy

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
• Unused package treatments may be refunded at our discretion.
• Product returns must be made within 14 days with original receipt.

8. Photography & Testimonials

With your consent, we may use before/after photos and testimonials for educational and marketing purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

RAAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
