All medical decisions and procedures remain with the partner-clinic licensed physicians. This service does not replace your family physician or the public-care system.

Does concierge replace my family doctor?
It does not. The MMC Longevity Club Concierge is not covered by Canadian public health insurance (MSP) and does not replace your family physician or the public-care system. We coordinate with your GP and partner clinics.
Does it cover cross-border or travel needs?
We provide cross-border coordination and remote consult convenience; any specific clinical care is delivered independently by qualified medical providers in the relevant jurisdiction. The MMC × Shanghai partnership supports coordinated arrangements between Canada and China.
How are concierge fees and clinical fees separated?
Membership fees cover advisory and coordination services. Specific medical aesthetic and functional-medicine programs are billed independently by the partner clinics. The Club does not bill for clinical services.
